An authenticated copy, a transcript or an extract of a case record shall contain a statement to the effect that it is an authenticated copy, a transcript or an extract, and the court clerk shall affix his/her name and seal thereto.
Anyone may request the Minister of METI to issue an authenticated copy of the Registry of Designated Manufacturers or allow him/her to peruse said registry.

(3) The Commissioner of the Patent Office shall, upon receipt of the authenticated copy of the judgment under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, revoke the patent under the patent right, or the exclusive or non-exclusive license for the patented invention.

(1) The petitioner and the opposite party may make a request to a court clerk for the inspection or copying of the record of a case pertaining to a petition for a disposition set forth in article 132-4(1), issuance of an authenticated copy, transcript or extract of such record, or issuance of a certificate of matters concerning said case.
The parties or a third party who has made a prima facie showing of his/her interest may ask of the court clerk to inspect or copy the record of the case set forth in Article 41, and request the delivery of an authenticated copy, a transcript or an extract, or the delivery of a certificate of the matters regarding the case set forth in the same Article.
A request for examination of documentary evidence, notwithstanding the provision of Article 219, may be made by requesting the court to commission the holder of the document to send the document; provided, however, that this shall not apply where a party may request the issuance of an authenticated copy or transcript of the document under laws and regulations.
