- １ 出版権者は、設定行為で定めるところにより、頒布の目的をもつて、その出版権の目的である著作物を原作のまま印刷その他の機械的又は化学的方法により文書又は図画として複製する権利を専有する。

- １ 著作者は、その映画の著作物をその複製物により頒布する権利を専有する。

- ２ 何人も、発行者、有価証券の売出しをする者、引受人又は金融商品取引業者等の請託を受けて、公示し又は頒布する目的をもつてこれらの者の発行、分担又は取扱いに係る有価証券に関し重要な事項について虚偽の記載をした文書を作成し、又は頒布してはならない。

- ２ 著作者は、映画の著作物において複製されているその著作物を当該映画の著作物の複製物により頒布する権利を専有する。

- わいせつな文書、図画その他の物を頒布し、販売し、又は公然と陳列した者は、二年以下の懲役又は二百五十万円以下の罰金若しくは科料に処する。販売の目的でこれらの物を所持した者も、同様とする。

- 三 実用新案登録出願前に日本国内又は外国において、頒布された刊行物に記載された考案又は電気通信回線を通じて公衆に利用可能となつた考案
