（一） 灯器は、離水又は着水の経路と着水区域の境界線とが交叉する附近において、その経路に直交する直線上に離水又は着水の経路に対し対称に設置すること。

１ 国土交通大臣は、前条第一項の指定をし又は指定をした事項に変更を加える場合には、空港の附近の土地の所有者その他の利害関係を有する者の利益を著しく害することとならないように配慮しなければならない。

２ 港内又は港の境界附近において、石炭、石、れんがその他散乱する虞のある物を船舶に積み、又は船舶から卸そうとする者は、これらの物が水面に脱落するのを防ぐため必要な措置をしなければならない。

２ 港長は、特定港内又は特定港の境界附近における船舶交通の妨となる虞のある強力な灯火を使用している者に対し、その灯火の滅光又は被覆を命ずることができる。

２ 航空機が曲技飛行等を行なおうとするときは、当該航空機の操縦を行なつている者（航空機の操縦の練習をするためその操縦を行なつている場合で、その練習を監督する者が同乗しているときは、その者）は、あらかじめ当該飛行により附近にある他の航空機の航行の安全に影響を及ぼすおそれがないことを確認しなければならない。

４ 船舶は、特定港内又は特定港の境界附近において危険物を運搬しようとするときは、港長の許可を受けなければならない。

５ 消防吏員又は消防団員は緊急の必要があるときは、火災の現場附近に在る者を消火若しくは延焼の防止又は人命の救助その他の消防作業に従事させることができる。

ロ 胴体側面にあつては、主回転翼の軸と補助回転翼の軸との間の胴体両側面又は動力装置のある附近の両側面に、水平又は垂直に配置するものとする。

事業者は、掘削箇所の附近で岩石の小割又は加工の作業を行なつてはならない。ただし、当該岩石を移動させることが著しく困難なときは、この限りでない。

事業者は、水上の丸太材、網羽、いかだ、櫓又は櫂を用いて運転する舟等の上で作業を行なう場合において、当該作業に従事する労働者が水中に転落することによりおぼれるおそれのあるときは、当該作業を行なう場所に浮袋その他の救命具を備えること、当該作業を行なう場所の附近に救命のための舟を配置すること等救命のため必要な措置を講じなければならない。

事業者は、船台の附近、高層建築場等の場所で、その上方において他の労働者が作業を行なつているところにおいて作業を行なうときは、物体の飛来又は落下による労働者の危険を防止するため、当該作業に従事する労働者に保護帽を着用させなければならない。

特定港内又は特定港の境界附近における漂流物、沈没物その他の物件が船舶交通を阻害する虞のあるときは、港長は、当該物件の所有者又は占有者に対しその除去を命ずることができる。
