１ 申込みの撤回の通知が承諾の通知を発した後に到達した場合であっても、通常の場合にはその前に到達すべき時に発送したものであることを知ることができるときは、承諾者は、遅滞なく、申込者に対してその延着の通知を発しなければならない。
