(2) A registration of extinction to be made on the ground of a minor ward having attained the age of majority may also be filed by such person. (3) When a person who has been requested to report pursuant to the provision of paragraph (1) is a minor (excluding those who have the same capacity as adults with regard to work) or an adult ward, the statutory representative thereof shall be obliged to report in lieu of the person in question.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕

If there is no person to become a guardian of a minor pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, the family court may appoint a guardian of a minor on the application of a minor ward or his/her relative, or other interested person. 四 後見人又はその代表する者と被後見人との利益が相反する行為について被後見人を代表すること。
