２ 登記官は、地図等が電磁的記録に記録されている場合において、当該記録された地図等の内容を証明した書面を作成するときは、電磁的記録に記録されている地図等を書面に出力し、これに地図等に記録されている内容を証明した書面である旨の認証文を付した上で、作成の年月日及び職氏名を記載し、職印を押印しなければならない。

２ 筆界特定登記官は、書面をもって筆界特定書を作成するときは、筆界特定書に職氏名を記載し、職印を押印しなければならない。

３ 登記官は、第一項の規定による請求があった場合には、前項の規定により提出された書面に申請の受付の年月日及び受付番号並びに職氏名を記載し、職印を押印して受領証を作成した上、当該受領証を交付しなければならない。

登記官は、登記事項証明書を作成するときは、請求に係る登記記録に記録された事項の全部又は一部である旨の認証文を付した上で、作成の年月日及び職氏名を記載し、職印を押印しなければならない。この場合において、当該登記記録の甲区又は乙区の記録がないときは、認証文にその旨を付記しなければならない。
