(1) Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly shall employ the number of Long-Term Care Support Specialist or other employees that engage in said Designated Facility Service for Long-Term Care Covered by Public Aid, as determined by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
(2) In addition to the provisions as prescribed in the preceding paragraph, standards concerning facilities and management of a Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly shall be provided by the Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
(2) A prefectural governor, in a case of providing a recommendation pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, may provide public notice of the fact that the organizer of said Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly that was issued said recommendation did not act in compliance with said recommendation within the due date as set forth in the same paragraph.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
(22) The term "Facility Covered by Long-Term Care Insurance" as used in this Act means a Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly or a Long-Term Care Health Facility as prescribed in Article 48, paragraph (1), item (i) of this Act, and a Designated Medical Long-Term Care Sanatorium as prescribed in item (iii) of the same paragraph.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
(3) The Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare shall, when providing standards concerning facilities and management of a Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly prescribed in the preceding paragraph (limited to the part concerning the handling of Designated Facility Service for Long-Term Care Covered by Public Aid), hear the opinion of the Social Security Council in advance.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
