１ 外国漁船の船長は、本邦の水域（本邦の港の水域を除く。次項において同じ。）において、漁獲物等（外国積出漁獲物等を除く。次項及び第三項において同じ。）を、当該外国漁船から他の船舶に転載し、又は他の外国漁船から当該外国漁船に積み込んではならない。
（1） Captain of a foreign fishing vessel shall not transship catches from the said foreign fishing vessel to other vessels or ship from other foreign fishing vessels to the said foreign fishing vessel except foreign shipped catches, and the same shall apply to the following paragraph and paragraph 3, in the waters of Japan except waters of the Japanese ports. １０ 会社法第九百四十条第一項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）及び第三項、第九百四十一条、第九百四十六条、第九百四十七条、第九百五十一条第二項、第九百五十三条並びに第九百五十五条の規定は、金融商品取引業者等（外国会社に限る。）が電子公告により第六項の規定による公告をする場合について準用する。この場合において、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
（10） The provisions of Article 940（1） （limited to the part pertaining to item （i）） and Article 940（3）, Article 941, Article 946, Article 947, Article 951（2）, Article 953, and Article 955 of the Companies Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to cases where a Financial Instruments Business Operator, etc. （limited to foreign companies） gives a public notice under paragraph （6） in the form of an Electronic Public Notice. ４ 外国保険会社等（外国会社及び外国相互会社を除く。）の公告方法は、時事に関する事項を掲載する日刊新聞紙に掲載する方法とする。

６ 第百八十五条第一項の内閣総理大臣の免許を受けた外国保険会社等（外国相互会社を除く。）については、会社法第八百二十条（日本に住所を有する日本における代表者の退任）の規定は、適用しない。

外国漁船の船長は、前条の規定にかかわらず、特定漁獲物等（外国漁船によるその 本邦への陸揚げ等によつて我が国漁業の正常な秩序の維持に支障が生じ又は生ずるおそれがあると認められる漁獲物等で政令で定めるものをいう。以下第六条第五項において同じ。）を本邦に陸揚げし、又は他の船舶に転載することを目的として、当該外国漁船を本邦の港に寄港させてはならない。
Captains of foreign fishing vessels shall not, notwithstanding the provision of the preceding article, have the said foreign fishing vessels call the Japanese ports for the purpose of landing to Japan or transshipping to other vessels, of the "specified catches" which means, as provided by Cabinet Ordinance, those catches that have or likely to have a risk of harm to preservation of normal order of Japanese fishery by the landing to the Japanese ports.
