（2） While a Municipal Ordinance that establishes transitional measures as prescribed in the preceding paragraph is in force, affairs that are specified as being under the authority of prefectural governors under the Factory Location Act and which pertain to the specified factory set forth in the same paragraph shall be carried out by the head of the municipality having the agreed zone for intensively promoting the establishment of new business facilities pertaining to the said Municipal Ordinance.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
