(1) The term "Designated Hazardous Substance" as used in this Act means any substance, including but not limited to lead, arsenic, trichloroethylene, and like substances (but excluding radioactive substances), which is designated by the Cabinet Order as being likely to bring harmful effects on human health because of the existence of such substance in soil.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
