(1) In case of earthquake, fire, or any other disaster, the warden of the penal institution may, if deemed necessary for the protection of lives or bodies of those inside the penal institution, assign inmates to fire fighting, lifesaving, or any other emergency work either inside or in the area adjacent to the penal institution.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
