- １ この法律で、児童自立生活援助事業とは、第二十七条第七項の措置に係る者につき同項に規定する住居において同項に規定する日常生活上の援助及び生活指導並びに就業の支援を行い、あわせて同項の措置を解除された者につき相談その他の援助を行う事業をいう。
（1） The term "children's self-reliant living assistance services" as used in this Act shall mean services to provide daily life assistance and daily life guidance and employment supports prescribed in Article 27 paragraph （7） to a person pertaining to a measure set forth in the same paragraph at his/her residence prescribed in the same paragraph and to provide consultation and other assistance to a person for whom a measure set forth in the same paragraph has been cancelled.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ３ 更生施設は、身体上又は精神上の理由により養護及び生活指導を必要とする要保護者を入所させて、生活扶助を行うことを目的とする施設とする。

- ニ 外国人研修生の生活の指導を担当する職員（以下「生活指導員」という。）が置かれていること。

- 八 受け入れ機関又はその経営者、管理者、申請人の受ける研修について申請人を指導する者若しくは生活指導員が過去三年間に外国人の研修に係る不正行為を行ったこと（実務研修を含まない研修実施計画に基づいて受け入れた研修の在留資格をもって在留する者を実務研修に従事させたことを含む。）がないこと。
（viii） The accepting organization and the operator, manager, person leading the applicant's training, and the adviser of the accepting organization must not have committed misconduct related to the training of foreign nationals in the past 3 years （including cases where a person who has been accepted into training and resides in Japan under the status of residence of "Trainee" based on a training program that does not include practical training is made to engage in practical training）.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
