イ 電気雷管によつたときは、発破母線を点火器から取り外し、その端を短絡させておき、かつ、再点火できないように措置を講じ、その後五分以上経過した後でなければ、火薬類の装てん箇所に接近しないこと。

五 点火後、装てんされたコンクリート破砕器が発火しないとき、又は装てんされたコンクリート破砕器が発火したことの確認が困難であるときは、コンクリート破砕器の母線を点火器から取り外し、その端を短絡させておき、かつ、再点火できないように措置を講じ、その後五分以上経過した後でなければ、当該作業に従事する労働者をコンクリート破砕器の装てん箇所に接近させないこと。
