２ 消防長若しくは消防署長又は消防本部を置かない市町村においては消防団の長は、火勢、気象の状況その他周囲の事情から合理的に判断して延焼防止のためやむを得ないと認めるときは、延焼の虞がある消防対象物及びこれらのものの在る土地を使用し、処分し又はその使用を制限することができる。
（2） When a fire chief or fire station chief, or a fire corps chief of a municipality which has no fire defense headquarters has made a reasonable judgment from the force of the fire, meteorological conditions and other surrounding circumstances, and finds it unavoidable for the prevention of the spread of the fire, he/she may use, dispose of or restrict the use of the property under fire defense measures which is threatened by the spreading fire and the land on which such property is located.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
