最近、人および人民の権利に関するアフリカ委員会は、権利宣言が「先住民族の権利を促進し保護するというアフリカ委員会の法哲学と合致している」ことを確認する勧告的意見を採択した。アムネスティは、アフリカ委員会のこの決定を歓迎する。
