（5） Workers shall undergo the medical examination conducted by the employer under provisions of the preceding paragraphs, provided that this shall not apply in the case where a worker who does not desire to undergo the medical examination by the physician or dentist designated by the employer, submits a document to certify the findings that the said worker has and undergone a medical examination by another physician or dentist equivalent to the medical examination under these provisions to the employer.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
