(1) The warden of the penal institution shall provide with guidance in school courses (i.e. guidance in such contents as are equivalent to those of school curriculum based on the School Education Act (Act No.26 of 1947); the same shall apply in the following paragraph) for the sentenced person who has been deemed hindered from reformation and rehabilitation or from smooth re-entry into society due to a lack of academic background fundamental to social life.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
