１ 事業者は、事業場における安全衛生の水準の向上を図るため、安全管理者、衛生管理者、安全衛生推進者、衛生推進者その他労働災害の防止のための業務に従事する者に対し、これらの者が従事する業務に関する能力の向上を図るための教育、講習等を行い、又はこれらを受ける機会を与えるように努めなければならない。

２ 特定事業者は、第十三条第一項第一号に掲げる者のうちからエネルギー管理企画推進者を選任した場合には、経済産業省令で定める期間ごとに、当該エネルギー管理企画推進者に同条第二項に規定する講習を受けさせなければならない。

２ 鉱山保安法第二条第二項及び第四項の規定による鉱山に関しては、第三章中「総括安全衛生管理者」とあるのは「総括衛生管理者」と、「安全衛生推進者」とあるのは「衛生推進者」とする。
