１１ 前項の検察官たる職員の掌る職務は、この法律の規定に違反する事件に関するものに限る。

２ 人事管理官は、人事に関する部局の長となり、前項の機関の長を助け、人事に関する事務を掌る。この場合において、人事管理官は、中央人事行政機関との緊密な連絡及びこれに対する協力につとめなければならない。

２ 最高裁判所長官秘書官は、最高裁判所長官の、最高裁判所判事秘書官は、最高裁判所判事の命を受けて、機密に関する事務を掌る。

２ 海難審判庁書記は、審判官の命を受けて、事件に関する書類の作成、保管及び送達に関する事務を掌る。

３ 裁判所書記官は、前項の事務を掌る外、裁判所の事件に関し、裁判官の命を受けて、裁判官の行なう法令及び判例の調査その他必要な事項の調査を補助する。

A worker and a person seeking to become a worker may request a certificate of his or her family register free of charge from the person responsible for family registers or a deputy thereof.
