- ２ 法第十四条第一項に規定する寄港地上陸を希望する外国人は、本邦から出国後旅行目的地までの旅行に必要な切符又はこれに代わる保証書及び本邦から出国後旅行目的地へ入国することができる有効な旅券を所持していなければならない。

- ３ 第一項の許可を与える場合には、入国審査官は、当該外国人の所持する旅券に寄港地上陸の許可の証印をしなければならない。

- 二 寄港地上陸の許可、通過上陸の許可、乗員上陸の許可、緊急上陸の許可又は遭難による上陸の許可を受け、旅券又は当該許可書に記載された期間を経過していないとき。

- 六 寄港地上陸の許可、通過上陸の許可、乗員上陸の許可、緊急上陸の許可、遭難による上陸の許可又は一時庇護のための上陸の許可を受けた者で、旅券又は当該許可書に記載された期間を経過して本邦に残留するもの

- 四 本邦に在留する外国人（仮上陸の許可、寄港地上陸の許可、通過上陸の許可、乗員上陸の許可又は遭難による上陸の許可を受けた者を除く。）で次のイからヨまでに掲げる者のいずれかに該当するもの
