三 検察若しくは警察の職務を行い、若しくはこれを補助する者、法令により拘禁された者を看守し、若しくは護送する者又はこの法律の規定により調査に従事する者に対し、凶器又は毒劇物を携え、多衆共同してなす刑法第九十五条の罪

暴行又は脅迫をするため多衆が集合した場合において、権限のある公務員から解散の命令を三回以上受けたにもかかわらず、なお解散しなかったときは、首謀者は三年以下の懲役又は禁錮に処し、その他の者は十万円以下の罰金に処する。
When a crowd assembles for the purpose of committing an act of assault or intimidation and fails to disperse after being ordered three times or more to disperse by a public officer with authority, the ringleader shall be punished by imprisonment with or without work for not more than 3 years and the others by a fine of not more than 100,000 yen.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
