１ この法律のうち、裁判所法第六十五条の二及び国家公務員法第二条の改正規定は昭和二十七年一月一日から、その他の規定は昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。

４ 入国警備官は、国家公務員法（昭和二十二年法律第百二十号）の規定の適用については、警察職員とする。

この法律又はこの法律に基づく命令に違反する行為に係る懲戒手続に関する国家公務員法第八十五条の規定の適用については、同条中「人事院」とあるのは、「国家公務員倫理審査会」とする。

八 国家公務員法第十七条の二の規定により委任を受けた権限により調査を行うこと。

十 国家公務員法第八十四条の二の規定により委任を受けた権限により職員を懲戒手続に付し、及び懲戒処分の概要の公表をすること。

審査会が行う調査に関する国家公務員法第百条第四項の規定の適用については、同項中「人事院」とあるのは「国家公務員倫理審査会」と、「調査又は審理」とあるのは「調査」とする。
In the application of the provision of paragraph 4 of Article 100 of the National Public Service Act concerning the investigation conducted by the Board, the term "the National Personnel Authority" and the term "investigation or hearing" in the same paragraph shall be deemed to be replaced with "the National Public Service Ethics Board" and "investigation," respectively.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
