- ２ 内閣総理大臣は、前項の規定による要請（以下この条において「措置要請」という。）を受けた場合において、消費者被害の発生又は拡大の防止を図るために実施し得る他の法律の規定に基づく措置があるときは、当該措置の実施に関する事務を所掌する大臣に同項の書面を回付しなければならない。
