- ４ 清算取次者は、法第百七十九条第四項の規定により、清算取次者に対する委託者をして清算取次証拠金を預託させるときは、当該清算取次者に対する委託者から、自己に対して当該清算取次証拠金を預託させることについての書面による同意を得なければならない。
