- １ 地方公共団体、都道府県センター、地球温暖化防止活動推進員、事業者、住民その他の地球温暖化対策の推進を図るための活動を行う者は、日常生活に関する温室効果ガスの排出の抑制等に関し必要となるべき措置について協議するため、地球温暖化対策地域協議会（以下「地域協議会」という。）を組織することができる。
（1） Local governments, prefectural centers for climate change action, climate change action officers, business operators, members of the general public, and other entities engaged in activities to promote global warming countermeasures may organize regional councils on global warming countermeasures （referred to hereinafter as "regional councils"） for the sake of discussion concerning measures needed regarding the control of greenhouse gases in relation to daily life.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- １ 地方公共団体は、単独で又は共同して、要保護児童の適切な保護を図るため、関係機関、関係団体及び児童の福祉に関連する職務に従事する者その他の関係者（以下「関係機関等」という。）により構成される要保護児童対策地域協議会（以下「協議会」という。）を置くよう努めなければならない。
（1） In order to singly or jointly pursue adequate protective care for an Aid-requiring Child, a local government shall endeavor to set up a regional council of countermeasures for Children Requiring Aid （hereinafter referred to as a "Council"） consisting of relevant bodies, relevant organizations and persons engaged in the duties relevant to welfare of children, and other relevant persons （hereinafter referred to as "Relevant Bodies, etc."）.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- １ 広域地方計画及びその実施に関し必要な事項について協議するため、広域地方計画区域ごとに、政令で定めるところにより、国の関係各地方行政機関、関係都府県及び関係指定都市（以下この条において「国の地方行政機関等」という。）により、広域地方計画協議会（以下「協議会」という。）を組織する。
（1） In order to confer on matters necessary for the Regional Plan and its implementation, for each Regional Plan District, pursuant to the provision of a Cabinet Order, the relevant national administrative organs in the region, relevant Prefectures and relevant designated cities （hereinafter referred to as "national regional administrative organs, etc." in this Article） shall organize a Regional Plan Council （hereinafter referred to as "Council"）.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- １ 鉱山保安法（昭和二十四年法律第七十号）第二条第二項及び第四項の規定による鉱山における保安（衛生に関する通気及び災害時の救護を含む。次条第一項において同じ。）については、第二章中「厚生労働大臣」とあるのは「経済産業大臣」と、「労働政策審議会」とあるのは「中央鉱山保安協議会」とする。

- ２ 協議会の委員は、肝炎患者等及びその家族又は遺族を代表する者、肝炎医療に従事する者並びに学識経験のある者のうちから、厚生労働大臣が任命する。
（2） The Council members shall be appointed by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare from among persons representing hepatitis patients, etc. and the families or bereaved families of such patients, etc., persons engaged in providing hepatitis-related medical care, and persons with relevant knowledge and experience.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ２ 協議会は、必要があると認めるときは、協議により、当該広域地方計画区域内の市町村（指定都市を除く。）、当該広域地方計画区域に隣接する地方公共団体その他広域地方計画の実施に密接な関係を有する者を加えることができる。

- ２ 協議会は、特定港湾管理者の長、国土交通大臣その他の関係行政機関の長又はこれらの指名する職員及び認定運営者をもつて構成する。

- ２ 協議会は、要保護児童及びその保護者（以下「要保護児童等」という。）に関する情報その他要保護児童の適切な保護を図るために必要な情報の交換を行うとともに、要保護児童等に対する支援の内容に関する協議を行うものとする。

- ３ 前二項に定めるもののほか、地域協議会の運営に関し必要な事項は、地域協議会が定める。

- ３ 協議会は、必要があると認めるときは、その構成員以外の関係行政機関及び事業者に対し、資料の提供、意見の表明、説明その他の必要な協力を求めることができる。

- ３ 厚生労働大臣は、肝炎対策基本指針を策定しようとするときは、あらかじめ、関係行政機関の長に協議するとともに、肝炎対策推進協議会の意見を聴くものとする。
（3） In formulating the Basic Guidelines on Hepatitis Measures, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare shall consult the heads of the relevant administrative organs and hear the opinions of the Council for Promotion of Hepatitis Measures in advance.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ３ 原子力災害合同対策協議会は、必要と認めるときは、協議して、前項に掲げるもののほか、指定公共機関、原子力事業者その他の原子力緊急事態応急対策の実施に責任を有する者を加えることができる。
（3） A Joint Council for Nuclear Emergency Response may, when it finds it necessary, by conference, include designated public institutions, nuclear operators or any other parties responsible for the implementation of nuclear emergency response measures within the council, in addition to the persons listed in the preceding paragraph.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ３ 国土交通大臣は、第一項の規定により広域地方計画を定めようとするときは、あらかじめ、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、国民の意見を反映させるために必要な措置を講ずるとともに、次条第一項の広域地方計画協議会における協議を経て、関係各行政機関の長に協議しなければならない。
（3） When the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism intends to formulate a Regional Plan pursuant to the provision of paragraph 1, he/she shall in advance take necessary measures to reflect the opinions of the public pursuant to the provision of an Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, as well as pass through conference of the Regional Plan Council set forth in the next Article, paragraph 1, and confer with the head of each relevant administrative organ.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ３ 地方公共団体の長は、協議会を設置したときは、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、その旨を公示しなければならない。

- ３ 市町村及び都道府県は、第一項の規定により協議会を組織しようとするときは、主務省令で定める期間、主務省令で定めるところにより、その旨を公表しなければならない。

- ３ 港湾管理者は、第一項の協議会の規約を定め、又は変更したときは、遅滞なく、国土交通大臣に届け出なければならない。

- ４ 前三項に定めるもののほか、協議会の組織及び運営に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。

- ４ 前項の規定により協議会を組織することが公表された場合において、第二項各号に掲げる者であって協議会の構成員として加えるとされていないものは、前項の主務省令で定める期間内に、協議会を組織しようとする市町村及び都道府県に対して自己を協議会の構成員として加えるよう申し出ることができる。
（4） Where it has been publicized that the Council is to be organized as prescribed in the preceding paragraph, a person listed in any of the items of paragraph （2） who is not supposed to be added as a member of the Council may request the municipalities and prefectures that intend to organize the Council to add him/her as a member of the Council during the period specified by Ordinances of the competent ministries set forth in the preceding paragraph.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ４ 協議会は、必要があると認めるときは、関係各行政機関に対し、資料の提供、意見の表明、説明その他の協力を求めることができる。

- ４ 協議会を設置した地方公共団体の長は、協議会を構成する関係機関等のうちから、一に限り要保護児童対策調整機関を指定する。

- ４ 原子力災害合同対策協議会の設置の場所は、緊急事態応急対策拠点施設とする。

- ４ 支援センターは、地域における業務の運営に当たり、協議会の開催等により、広く利用者その他の関係者の意見を聴いて参考とし、当該地域の実情に応じた運営に努めなければならない。

- ４ 第一項の協議を行うための会議において協議が調った事項については、協議会の構成員は、その協議の結果を尊重しなければならない。

- ５ 前各項に定めるもののほか、協議会の運営に関し必要な事項は、協議会が定める。

- ５ 協議会は、前条第三項（同条第五項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による協議を行う場合においては、学識経験を有する者の意見を聴くものとする。

- ５ 協議会は、必要があると認めるときは、関係行政機関の長に対して、資料の提供、意見の表明、説明その他の協力を求めることができる。

- ５ 国土交通大臣は、前項の規定による通知をしようとするときは、あらかじめ、協議会に当該計画提案に係る広域地方計画の素案を提出してその意見を聴かなければならない。
（5） When the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism intends to notify pursuant to the provision of the preceding paragraph, he/she shall, in advance, submit the rough draft of the Regional Plan pertaining to the said Plan Proposal to the Council and hear its opinion.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ５ 地方自治法第二百五十二条の二第六項、第二百五十二条の三及び第二百五十二条の四第一項の規定は、第一項の協議会で港務局のみが加入するものについて準用する。
（5） The provisions of Article 252-2 paragraph （6）, Article 252-3 and Article 252-4 paragraph （1） of the Local Autonomy Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the joint committee set forth in paragraph （1） which is comprised of only port authorities.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ５ 要保護児童対策調整機関は、協議会に関する事務を総括するとともに、要保護児童等に対する支援が適切に実施されるよう、要保護児童等に対する支援の実施状況を的確に把握し、必要に応じて、児童相談所その他の関係機関等との連絡調整を行うものとする。
（5） A coordinating organization of countermeasures for an Aid-requiring Child shall conduct overall management of affairs concerning the Council, accurately understand the state of the implementation of the support for an Aid-requiring Child, etc. so as to enable its adequate implementation, and carry out liaison and coordination with the child guidance center and other Relevant Bodies, etc., where needed.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ５ 都道府県は、都道府県障害福祉計画を定め、又は変更しようとするときは、あらかじめ、障害者基本法第二十六条第一項の地方障害者施策推進協議会の意見を聴かなければならない。
（5） In the event that prefectures intend to establish or alternate their prefectural plan for welfare of persons with disabilities, they shall hear the opinions of such Local Council on Promotion of Measures for Persons with Disabilities of paragraph 1 of Article 26 of Basic Act for Persons with Disabilities in advance.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ６ 会議において協議が調つた事項については、協議会の構成員は、その協議の結果を尊重しなければならない。

- ６ 前各項に定めるもののほか、協議会の運営に関し必要な事項は、規約で定めるものとする。

- ６ 障害者基本法第二十六条第四項の地方障害者施策推進協議会を設置する市町村は、市町村障害福祉計画を定め、又は変更しようとするときは、あらかじめ、当該地方障害者施策推進協議会の意見を聴かなければならない。
（6） If municipalities which establish Local Council on Promotion of Measures for Persons With Disabilities set forth in paragraph 4 of Article 26 of Basic Act for Persons with Disabilities intend to establish or alternate the municipal plans for welfare of persons with disabilities, they shall hear the opinions of such Local Council on Promotion of Measures for Persons With Disabilities in advance.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ７ 協議会の庶務は、国土交通省において処理する。
