２ 前項の規定により法人である労働組合となったものは、施行日から起算して六十日を経過する日までに、労働組合法第二条及び第五条第二項の規定に適合する旨の労働委員会の証明を受け、かつ、その主たる事務所の所在地において登記しなければ、その日の経過により解散するものとする。
（2） A labor union that has become a corporate labor union pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall obtain certification from the labor relations commission regarding conformity to the provisions of Article 2 and Article 5, paragraph （2） of the Labor Union Act by the day on which sixty days have elapsed from the enforcement date, and shall register the location of its principal office; otherwise, said labor union shall be deemed to have dissolved with the passage of this date.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕

２ 厚生労働大臣は、その許可を申請した労働組合等が労働組合法第二条及び第五条第二項の規定又は第二十五条第五項第一号若しくは第二号の規定に適合することを、関係労働委員会等を通じて確かめた上、許可するかどうかを決定する。
（2） The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare shall determine whether to grant the license after confirming through the related Local Labor Relations Committee, etc. that the labor union, etc. applying for the license conforms with the provisions of Article 2 and Article 5, paragraph 2 or the provision of Article 25, paragraph 5, item 1 or item 2 of the Labor Union Act.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕

３ 第一項の規定により労働組合となったものについては、研究所の成立の日から起算して六十日を経過する日までは、労働組合法第二条ただし書（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、適用しない。
（3） The proviso of Article 2 of the Labor Union Act （limited to the portion pertaining to item （i）） shall not apply to any employee organization that has become a labor union pursuant to the provisions of paragraph （1） until the day on which sixty days have elapsed from the day of establishment of the Institute.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕

３ 第一項の規定により労働組合法の適用を受ける労働組合となったものについては、施行日から起算して六十日を経過する日までは、同法第二条ただし書（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、適用しない。

８ この法律において「労働者供給事業者」とは、第四十五条の規定により労働者供給事業を行う労働組合等（労働組合法による労働組合その他これに準ずるものであつて厚生労働省令で定めるものをいう。以下同じ。）をいう。

この法律は、労働組合法と相俟つて、労働関係の公正な調整を図り、労働争議を予防し、又は解決して、産業の平和を維持し、もつて経済の興隆に寄与することを目的とする。

二 その被用者をして労働者の募集に従事させる者であつて、当該被用者が労働組合法第二条第一号の役員、監督的地位にある労働者又は使用者の利益を代表する者に該当するもの

二 前号に掲げる団体又は労働組合法（昭和二十四年法律第百七十四号）第二条及び第五条第二項の規定に該当する労働組合が主体となつて構成され、自主的に労働条件の維持改善その他経済的地位の向上を図ることを主たる目的とする団体（団体に準ずる組織を含む。）であつて、次のいずれかに該当するもの
（ii） An association （including an organization equivalent to an association） mainly consisting of the organizations provided in the preceding item or the labor unions falling under the provisions of Article 2 and Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Labor Union Act （Act No. 174 of 1949）, whose main purpose is to maintain and improve the labor conditions and other economic status of workers on an voluntary basis, and which falls under any of the following.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕

何人も、人種、国籍、信条、性別、社会的身分、門地、従前の職業、労働組合の組合員であること等を理由として、職業紹介、職業指導等について、差別的取扱を受けることがない。但し、労働組合法〔昭和二四年六月法律第一七四号〕の規定によつて、雇用主と労働組合との間に締結された労働協約に別段の定のある場合は、この限りでない。
