Act on Public Health Nurses, Midwives and Nurses《日本法》
- １ 事業者は、第六十六条第一項の規定による健康診断若しくは当該健康診断に係る同条第五項ただし書の規定による健康診断又は第六十六条の二の規定による健康診断の結果、特に健康の保持に努める必要があると認める労働者に対し、医師、又は保健師による保健指導を行うように努めなければならない。
（1） The employer shall endeavor to give health guidance by a physician or an health nurse for such workers as are specially deemed necessary to strive to maintain their health according to the results of a medical examination under the provisions of paragraph （1） of Article 66 or the said medical examination under the proviso of paragraph （5） of the same article, or a medical examination under the provisions of Article 66-2.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- １ 臨床修練外国医師が臨床修練を行う場合における保健師助産師看護師法第三十条の規定の適用については、同条中「医師法（昭和二十三年法律第二百一号）」とあるのは、「外国医師等が行う臨床修練に係る医師法第十七条等の特例等に関する法律」とする。
（1） With regard to the application of the provision of Article 30 of the Act on Public Health Nurses, Midwives and Nurses to the cases where a foreign medical practitioner performs advanced clinical training, the term "the Medical Practitioners' Act （Act No. 201 of 1948）" in such Article shall be deemed to be replaced with "the Law concerning the Exceptional Cases of the Medical Practitioners' Act, Article 17, on the Advanced Clinical Training of Foreign Medical Practitioners."〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ２ 保健師助産師看護師法第三十七条の規定は、准看護師相当衛生要員等について準用する。この場合において、同条中「主治の医師又は歯科医師」とあるのは、「主治の医師、歯科医師、医師相当衛生要員等又は歯科医師相当衛生要員等」と読み替えるものとする。
（2） The provisions in Article 37 of the Act on Public Health Nurses, Midwives and Nurses shall apply mutatis mutandis to medical personnel, etc. correspondent to assistant nurses. In this case, "medical practitioner or dental practitioner in charge" in the Article shall be deemed to be replaced with "physician, dentist, medical personnel, etc. correspondent to physicians or medical personnel, etc. correspondent to dental practitioners in charge".〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ２ 保健師助産師看護師法第三十七条の規定は、看護師相当衛生要員等について準用する。この場合において、同条中「主治の医師又は歯科医師」とあるのは、「主治の医師、歯科医師、医師相当衛生要員等又は歯科医師相当衛生要員等」と読み替えるものとする。

- ３ 第一項の規定により保健師助産師看護師法第五条に規定する業をする場合における看護師相当衛生要員等は、看護師とみなして、同法第六条の規定を適用する。
