- １ 外国法事務弁護士は、日本弁護士連合会の会則で定めるところにより、その事務所内の公衆の見やすい場所に、原資格国法及び指定法を表示する標識を掲示しなければならない。
（1） A registered foreign lawyer shall be required to display a sign indicating the laws of the state of primary qualification and designated laws at a place easily visible to the public inside his/her the office, pursuant to the provisions of the Articles of Association of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ２ 会則の制定又は変更（政令で定める重要な事項に係る変更に限る。）は、経済産業大臣の認可を受けなければ、その効力を生じない。
（2） Establishment or changes （limited to changes pertaining to important matters prescribed by Cabinet Order） of the Regulations shall not become effective without obtaining the approval of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ２ 会則の変更は、内閣総理大臣の認可を受けなければ、その効力を生じない。

- ２ 会長に事故のあるとき又は会長が欠けたときは、副会長がこの法律及び会則に規定する会長の職務を行う。

- ２ 前項の弁護士会又は弁護士会連合会は、すみやかに、その会則又は規約について日本弁護士連合会の承認を受け、なお弁護士会にあつては設立の登記をしなければならない。
（2） The bar associations or federations of bar associations set forth in the preceding paragraph shall promptly obtain the approval of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations with respect to their articles of association or rules; in addition, the bar associations shall be required to register their establishment.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ２ 前項の指定法付記請求書には、日本弁護士連合会の会則で定める事項を記載し、指定を受けたことを証する書類を添付しなければならない。
（2） The written request for the supplementary note registration of the designated laws mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall include statements on the matters stipulated by the Articles of Association of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations and it shall be attached by document verifying that the designation has been made.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ２ 前項の規定による掲示のほか、原資格国法及び指定法の表示に関し必要な事項は、日本弁護士連合会の会則で定める。
（2） Besides the display of a sign under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, necessary matters concerning the indication of the laws of the state of primary qualification and of designated laws shall be stipulated by the Articles of Association of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ２ 日本弁護士連合会の会則には、次に掲げる事項を記載しなければならない。

- ２ 日本弁護士連合会は、前項の規定による届出があつたときは、当該外国法事務弁護士の登録に当該届出に係る事項で日本弁護士連合会の会則で定めるものを付記しなければならない。

- ３ 第三十条の二十八の規定は、弁護士会が合併をする場合について準用する。この場合において、同条第三項中「定款」とあるのは「会則」と、同条第六項中「同法第九百三十九条第一項及び第三項」とあるのは「同法第九百三十九条第一項中「定款」とあるのは「会則」と、同項及び同条第三項」と読み替えるものとする。
（3） The provisions of Article 30-28 shall apply mutatis mutandis to a merger of bar associations. In such case, "articles of incorporation" as used in paragraph （3） shall be read as "articles of association" and "Article 939, paragraphs （1） and （3）" as used in paragraph （6） shall be read as ""articles of incorporation" as used in Article 939, paragraph （1） shall be read as "articles of association" and the same paragraph and paragraph （3） of the same Article."〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- ４ 役員は、会則又は総会の決議によって禁止されていないときに限り、特定の行為の代理を他人に委任することができる。

- ロ 第四十三条第三項において準用する第三十条の二十八第六項において準用する会社法第九百三十九条第三項後段の規定による会則の定めがあるときは、その定め

- 内閣総理大臣は、協会の総会の決議が法令又は協会の会則に違反し、その他公益を害するときは、その決議の取消しを命ずることができる。

- 協会に、会長、副会長その他会則で定める役員を置く。

- 外国法事務弁護士は、所属弁護士会又は日本弁護士連合会が、第二十二条各号又は第二十三条各号に掲げる事項についての会則の制定又は改廃を審議すべき総会を召集するときは、その総会に出席し、意見を述べ、及び議決に加わることができる。
In cases where the bar association to which a registered foreign lawyer belongs or the Japan Federation of Bar Associations convenes a general meeting to deliberate on the establishment, revision or abolition of the articles of association, in regard to the matters listed in each item of Article 22 or Article 23, the registered foreign lawyer may attend such meeting, express his/her opinions and participate in the resolution.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
- 外国法事務弁護士は、所属弁護士会及び日本弁護士連合会の会則中外国法事務弁護士に関する規定を守らなければならない。

- 弁護士は、正当の理由がなければ、法令により官公署の委嘱した事項及び会則の定めるところにより所属弁護士会又は日本弁護士連合会の指定した事項を行うことを辞することができない。

An attorney or Legal Professional Corporation shall be subject to disciplinary actions if he/she or it violates this Act or the articles of association of the bar association to which he/she or it belongs or of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, or damages the order or reputation of said bar association or misbehaves in a manner impairing his/her or its own integrity, whether in the conduct of his/her professional activities or not.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
