Long-Term Care Insurance Act〔日本法〕

医療保険者（介護保険法（平成九年法律第百二十三号）第七条第七項に規定する医療保険者をいう。）は、国及び地方公共団体が講ずる肝炎の予防に関する啓発及び知識の普及、肝炎検査に関する普及啓発等の施策に協力するよう努めなければならない。
Medical insurers （as prescribed in Article 7, paragraph （7） of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act （Act No. 123 of 1997）） shall endeavor to cooperate with the national government and the local governments in taking measures, such as improving public awareness and disseminating knowledge concerning prevention of hepatitis, and the dissemination and public awareness activities concerning hepatitis examination.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕

連合会について国民健康保険法第百六条及び第百八条の規定を適用する場合において、これらの規定中「事業」とあるのは、「事業（介護保険法（平成九年法律第百二十三号）第百七十七条に規定する介護保険事業関係業務を含む。）」とする。
