２ 中小企業庁長官は、下請事業者の利益を保護するため特に必要があると認めるときは、親事業者若しくは下請事業者に対しその取引に関する報告をさせ、又はその職員に親事業者若しくは下請事業者の事務所若しくは事業所に立ち入り、帳簿書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
（2） The Director-General of the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Agency may, when he/she finds it particularly necessary to protect the interests of a subcontractor, cause a main subcontracting entrepreneur or a subcontractor to submit a report on its transactions, or may cause his/her officials to enter an office or place of business of a main subcontracting entrepreneur or a subcontractor and to inspect books and documents and other materials.〔【出典】日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム 〕
